State Life Insurance Corporation, one of Pakistan’s prestigious organizations, is offering career opportunities for young and talented graduates in the life insurance field. The Policy Holders Service (PHS)-Trainee Scheme is introduced to groom potential future leaders of State Life.
Position: PHS-Trainee Officer For (Post Graduate)
- No of Positions: 20
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 70,000
- Max. Age Limit: 30 years
- Qualification: Post Graduates/MBAs (Regular) from renowned universities duly recognized by HEC of Pakistan with a minimum 3.00 CGPA.
Position: PHS-Trainee Officer For (Graduate)
- No of Positions: 20
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 50,000
- Max. Age Limit: 30 years
- Qualification: Fresh Graduates/BBAs (Regular) from renowned universities duly recognized by HEC of Pakistan with a minimum 3.00 CGPA.

If Selected:
- State Life will offer the post as “PHS-Trainee Officer.”
- The period of training will be for two years from the date of joining at the Principal Office.
- All selected trainees shall be required to pass the examination of Associate Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) from Chartered Insurance Institute, London OR Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) from Life Office Management Association, USA.
- The candidates will be required to acquire a qualification of ACII’s Certificate Level/ALMI (5 papers) within the period of training i.e., two years.
General Criteria:
- Candidates must possess the domicile of the respective province mentioned above with the requisite qualification, age, and experience.
- Selected candidates shall be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- State Life Insurance Corporation strictly observes the Federal Government Quota Policy, including disable, minority, and women quota.
How to Apply:
- Application form with the prescribed test fee deposit is available on the Pakistan Testing Service website (www.pts.org.pk).
- Pay the test fee Rs.810/- in any of the country-wide online branches of UBL & HBL.
- Send the filled-up application form along with the paid copy of FEE DEPOSIT SLIP (in original) to “Pakistan Testing Service, Headquarters 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad” within 15 days after the publication of this advertisement.
Note: Applications without an attached FEE DEPOSIT SLIP will not be entertained.
- In case of applying for more than one post, separate application & deposit form must be processed.
- Incomplete applications and those received after the last date shall not be entertained.
- Government employees may apply through proper channels after getting NOC from the parent department. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
- Only short-listed candidates shall be called for test/interview.
