1. Legal Consultant
- Qualification and Experience:
- Law Graduate (LLB) from an HEC recognized university or a reputed foreign university.
- 20 years of experience in the public or private sector, with at least 5 years of experience in legal practice.
- Professional Credentials:
- Experience in drafting or reviewing conventions, agreements, MOUs, contracts, rules & regulations, and other legal documents.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, combined with adept research, interpretation, and representation abilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Commission in various judicial forums, courts, and file/defend litigation cases.
- Streamline and evaluate ongoing litigation cases across different courts of law to strategize for expeditious disposals, optimizing benefits for the Commission.
- Liaison with Government Departments, Government-Owned Corporations, and Courts.
- Draft and scrutinize rules, regulations, and other legal instruments with precision and attention to detail.
- Rendering advice on legal and regulatory affairs and executing necessary acts assigned by the Commission involving legal issues, as and when directed.
- Opinion writing on intricate corporate issues, demonstrating an analytical approach and a nuanced understanding of complex legal scenarios. RozPakistan

2. Law Officer
- Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s Degree (LLM) from an HEC recognized university or a reputed foreign university, or Barrister-at-Law.
- At least 3 years of experience dealing with legal, research, advisory, litigation, and drafting of legal documents in the public or private sector.
- Professional Credentials:
- Understanding of the regulatory regime in Pakistan.
- Experience in legislative drafting, including rules and regulations.
- Commitment to professionalism, discipline, and integrity.
- Excellent written and oral communication, research, interpretation, and representation skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- High court license.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Rendering advice on legal and regulatory affairs and performing all necessary acts assigned by the Commission involving legal issues, as and when directed.
- Drafting and examination of rules, regulations, and other legal instruments.
- Providing legal and procedural support to in-house adjudication.
- Representing the Commission in various judicial forums/courts.
- Opinion writing on complex corporate issues.
- Age Limit: 28-45 years
Remuneration: The Commission offers competitive remuneration with fringe benefits commensurate with experience and overall qualification.
