National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) is a government-owned not-for-profit company, established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017. It provides grant financing for projects that contribute to enhancing Pakistan’s resilience to climatic and other natural hazards and to strengthen the government’s ability to quickly respond to disasters triggered by natural hazards.
Position 1: Technical Team Lead – NatCat Risk Modeling & Data Centre
- Duration: Fixed 06 Months
- Age Limit: No age limit
Position 2: Research Analyst
- Duration: Fixed 06 Months
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Technical Team Lead Requirements:
- Qualification: MS/PhD in GIS & RS, Geo-Informatics, Spatial Data Science, Hazard/Natcat Risk Modeling, GIS Development, and programming.
- Experience: At least 10 years industry experience in managing data centers or large-scale GIS/RS based risk assessment projects. Expertise in GIS/IT/SDI infrastructure, operating systems, configurations, and IT applications. Proficient in Hazards Modeling and risk management methods. Strong written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with government, corporate, and professional standards.
Research Analyst Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience: Strong research and analytical skills. Proficiency in statistical analysis software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
