VACANT POSITIONS – CONTRACT BASIS
Prisons foundation Applications are invited for the following posts on a contract basis for a period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance:
- Senior Accountant (01 Position)
- Pay: Rs. 70,000/- Lump Sum
- Age: Minimum 30 Years & Maximum 40 Years
- Station: Lahore
- Qualification and Experience:
- 16 years of education in Business Administration with majors in Accounting/Finance (MBA/M. Com) from a reputed HEC recognized University/Institutions or Foreign University.
- Post Qualification relevant Professional Experience of 3-4 years in Public/Private organizations.
- PCO System Operators (Male) (15 Positions)
- Pay: Rs. 40,000/- Lump Sum
- Age: Minimum 18 Years & Maximum 30 Years
- Stations: CJ Mianwali (02), CJ Bahawalpur (01), CJ Multan (01), DJ Narowal (01), DJ Gujrat (01), DJ Hafizabad (01), DJ Jhelum (01), DJ Vehari (01), DJ Sargodha (01), DJ M. B. Din (01), DJ Layyah (01), DJ Attock (02), DJ Shahpur (01)
- Qualification and Experience:
- Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Test of computer applications like MS Office, Database, Networking, Hardware & Software, etc., will be conducted.
- Diploma/Certificate in Networking, MS Office, basic Computer Skills will be preferred.
General Instructions:
- Salary packages are on a fixed lump-sum pay.
- All posts will be recruited purely on a contract basis for one year, and candidates have no right to claim regularization of their services.
- The selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in the Punjab jails or as decided by the Competent Authority.
- Preference will be given to candidates from the local district for posting in their respective cities. Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab.
- The maximum age limit is as mentioned against each post.
- If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, separate applications must be submitted for each.
- Candidates shall submit a duly filled Application form, along with attested copies of CNIC, domicile, (educational & experience) certificates, and two recent passport size photographs directly to the Secretary General Punjab Prisons Foundation Lahore through courier on the provided address.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Applications should reach by 31.01.2024.
- In case a large number of candidates qualify, a scrutiny test will be conducted.
- Punjab Prisons Foundation Lahore reserves the right to decide upon any threshold marks/ratio of candidates vis-à-vis the post for the interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the test & interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- The department has the right to accept/reject or cancel any application or recruitment process without giving any reason.
- The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without any notice.
