KPK Applications are invited from candidates for the following posts in the Medical Teaching Institution Gaju Khan Medical College/Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi.
1. Demonstrator (01 Position)
- Qualification/Experiences:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification from PM&DC recognized University.
- The applicant must be registered with PM&DC and have completed one-year house job from a recognized teaching hospital.

- Application form is available on www.gmcs.edu.pk. Along with a Covering Letter, CV/Resume, attested educational testimonial, CNIC, and Experience Certificates should be addressed to Dean/Chief Executive. The required documents should reach the HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, BACHA KHAN MEDICAL COMPLEX, SHAHMANSOOR, Swabi by 2nd February 2024.
- A screening test will be conducted on 6th February 2024, 11:00 am at Gajju Khan Medical College. All applicants who fulfill the above-mentioned criteria should attend the test at GKMC premises.
- Applications must be in a sealed envelope, with the position applied for clearly written, and shall be sent through Courier/TCS.
- By-hand applications will not be entertained.
- Incomplete applications or those without a bank deposit slip will not be entertained.
- Any application/document received after the closing date/deadline shall be rejected. No document will be accepted, changed, or replaced once received along with the application.
- The MTI GKMCBKMC has the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any or all of the positions.
- In-service employees shall apply through Proper Channel, and upon selection, they will have to resign from the current position.
- Recruitment and selection of appropriate candidates will be done with transparency & merit.
- In case of selection/appointment, the services of such candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (As Amended) and the rules and regulations framed thereunder.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview.
- The candidate shall provide the original documents/credentials at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for the Test/Interview.
- Subsequent to the application, no further correspondence will be entertained regarding the selection process. Any unofficial attempt will automatically disqualify the candidates.
- All documents and experience certificates will be verified, and any subsequent false or misleading document will result in disqualification from the process.
- Application processing fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited in the bank account mentioned below as a case processing fee. The original deposit slip must be attached to the application form. The applicant may keep a photocopy of the deposit slip for his/her record.
- If selected, the employee must pay degree verification fees.
