Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Design and Operations) (01 Position) Required Qualification & Experience Qualification: Minimum, 16 years of education and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT or any related field. Experience: Minimum 10-12+ Years of Hands-on Experience and Management of Complete Software Development Life Cycle experience in organization of repute, MCSD certified preferred. Qualification: Minimum, 16 years of education and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT or any related field. Experience: Minimum 10-12+ Years of Hands-on Experience and Management of Complete Software Development Life Cycle experience in organization of repute. Qualification: A university degree in Statistics/ Data Sciences or an equivalent degree in the same discipline complemented with additional relevant qualification will be required. Experience: Knowledge of Statistical Analysis Tools i.e. SPSS Stata Data Analysis R Language or Python, and creating dash boards and reports. Data visualization and presentation skills will be an added advantage. Candidates are expected to display excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills and may possess minimum of five (05) years’ work experience in a Public or Private organization. Qualification: Sixteen years of education in Business Administration/Accounting Finance Economics Commerce Social Protection. Experience: Proven work experience of minimum ten (10) years in relevant field. Good expertise in designing and implementing of conventional as well as innovative hybrid banking products, branchless banking/G2P payments and associated information systems, social cash transfers, digital finance etc. The resource must have significant knowledge of conventional and branchless banking rules and regulations, government as well as development partner’s procurement processes, and evaluation of technical and financial proposals. Moreover, candidates should have excellent communication (written and verbal) in English language, report writing and analytical skills. High level computer skills in Microsoft Office are necessary to fulfil job requirements.

Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Payments and Complaints) (01 Position) Qualification: Sixteen years of education in Business Administration Accounting/Finance Economics Commerce Social Protection. Experience: Proven work experience of minimum five (5) years in relevant field. Considerable expertise in social cash transfers, digital finance, conventional banking products and branchless banking/G2P payments and Grievance redressal system development and implementation, etc. The resource must have knowledge of conventional and branchless banking rules and regulations, Statistical Analysis Tools (SPSS Stata/ Data Analysis R Language) and Accounts Reconciliation. Candidates should furthermore have excellent organizational, communication skills, report writing and analytical skills.
