KARACHI Our client, a Karachi-based company, is looking to hire experienced professionals for the following roles:

1. Dy. General Manager – Operations Technology (OT):

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of OT solutions based on design specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the OT design team to understand technical architecture, data models, and system workflows for various projects.
Configure and customize software applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and third-party solutions.
Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and optimize the user experience.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection measures throughout the implementation process.
Provide training and support to end-users and teams for a successful transition to new solutions.
Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make continuous improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
8-10 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization.
Project implementation experience with coordination with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
Experience with automation technologies, PLCs, HMIs, Batch Control, Radar Tank Gauges, Motor Operated Valves, IOT based sensors, and SCADA systems.
Strong expertise in configuring and customizing software applications and OT systems.
Solid understanding of programming languages and development frameworks.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
Preferably not more than 45 years of age.

2. Solution Architect:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth system analysis and gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Create comprehensive technical architecture, data models, and system workflows for various projects.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance IT systems’ efficiency.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design concepts.
Prioritize UI & UX design for user-friendly interfaces.
Address security and privacy considerations throughout the design process.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications.
Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing software applications and IT systems.
Proficiency in various programming languages and development frameworks.
Solid understanding of UI & UX design principles.
Knowledge of security best practices and data protection measures.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer) are a plus.
Preferably not more than 33 years of age.
