Position 1: Director Training (Equivalent to BS-19) (Female)
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Humanitarian, Project Management, or equivalent).
- Minimum age: 35-45 years.
- 12 years of work experience in the Social Sector.
- Experience in Training and Project Management.
- Guiding experience will be given preference.
- Knowledge of Government Office Procedures will be an additional qualification.
Position 2: Trainer (Equivalent to BS-16) (Female)
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mass Communication.
- Minimum age: 25-30 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Good command of computer skills.
- Relevant experience will be preferred.
Position 3: Chowkdar (Equivalent to BS-02) (Male)
Qualification and Experience:
- Matriculation.
- Physically and medically fit.
- Age: 25-30 years.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience and be a local resident.
- Police character clearance certificate must be attached.
