Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: Between 28 to 52 years (Physically Fit)
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Metric, preference will be given to those with at least a Metric qualification.
- Driving License: HTV Driving License as per regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 41,000/- (inclusive of Rs. 4 per kilometer as a monthly ration allowance).
- Additional Bonuses:
- Monthly cash awards based on better performance ranging from Rs. 40,000 to 30,000.
- Yearly bonus of Rs. 15,000 to 30,000 upon fulfilling the monthly earning target.
- Additional Incentives:
- Medical facilities as per NLC Services Rules.
- Annual bonuses (8-4) based on performance for contract employees.
- Leave, CP Fund, Group Insurance for contract employees.
- Free medical facilities for family members of contract employees.
- Annual medical insurance up to Rs. 150,000 for family members.
Test and Interviews:
- Interviews will be conducted from Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM.
- No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for tests and interviews.
