Bidding Information:

1. Eligibility:
   • Constructors registered with Income Tax Departments.
   • Active taxpayers listed by the Federal Board of Revenue.
   • Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 with specialization in CE-01 & CE-10.
2. Bid Documents:
   • Available on NHA website from January 19, 2024, for downloading free of cost.
   • Method of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope.
   • Follow NHA website for updates and addendum(s), if any.
3. Submission Deadline:
   • Bids must reach the Procurement Hall of North Zone, NHA Complex, Chamkani Interchange, Peshawar, on or before January 30, 2024, till 11:30 Hours.
   • Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Hours.
