Bus Fabrication for NADRA of RHO Peshawar
- NADRA Regional Head Office (RHO) Peshawar invites sealed bids from Eligible Bidders having registered Income Tax & Sales Tax, who are on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) with 100% compliance of the FBR for the Fabrication of Diesel Bus. Interested bidders with workshops equipped with the latest technology for Bus Body fabrication may submit their bids as per the terms and conditions mentioned below:
- Tender forms containing terms & conditions and detailed specifications may be obtained during office hours from the undersigned from December 22, 2023, to January 8, 2024, on payment of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable). Tender forms must be submitted by January 8, 2024, before 11:00 AM. The Tender will be opened in the office of the undersigned in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives on the same day, i.e., January 8, 2024, at 11:30 AM. The complete list/detail of required Furniture & Fixtures will be provided with the tender documents.
- Terms and Conditions: a. Procedure of Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding will be adopted. b. Firms must be registered with FBR as an active taxpayer with an active National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) registrations. c. Copy of National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) certificates. d. Quoted rates will remain in force until December 31, 2024. e. Firms will have to attach Bid Security amounting to Rs. 200,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only) in the shape of CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of “DG NADRA RHO Peshawar,” without which the offer shall be rejected as non-responsive. f. Tenders with incomplete supporting documents will not be entertained, and furnishing deceitful information shall be liable to legal action. g. The bid will have a minimum validity period of 120 days from the last date of the submission of the Bid. h. Competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject a single bid or the whole tender as per clause 33 of PPRA rules. i. The tender is also available on the PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk.
