INVITATION OF BID FOR SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF VEHICLE TRACKER DEVICES TENDER NO. NADRA-HQ-RFB-02/2024

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having valid registration from Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR for the supply & installation of the following item.Sr No. | ITEM | Qty

  2. The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, instructions, conditions, and forms for participating in the bid. The bid documents (complete set) can be purchased by the bidder upon a written request on the bidder’s official letterhead addressed to the Head of Department (NADRA Procurement) at the given address from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Monday to Friday) & upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2000/- into the NADRA bank account and provision of the deposit slip to NADRA Office:Bank: HBL

  3. An additional Rs.250/- (courier charges) to be deposited by the outstationed bidders for the purpose of purchasing the complete set of bidding documents. The complete set of Bidding Documents will be sent via Courier Services. The request for the same must reach at least 07 working days before the closing date of the tender; else, any delay liability cannot be claimed.
  4. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the address mentioned below on or before 11:00 hours on 18th January 2024. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours. This advertisement is also available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
  5. All vendors are requested to provide a request for the issuance of tender documents on the company letterhead, including the nomination of an authorized representative (Name & Designation) for presence at the tender opening. At the time of tender opening, the company representative must possess a company employee card.
  6. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
  7. Pre-Bid Meeting to be held on 11th January 2024 (11:30 AM) at NADRA HQ G-5/2 Islamabad.
