A fast-growing Private Limited Company is seeking highly energetic and dedicated professionals on a Contract Basis, interested in working in a challenging environment for the following posts:
1. Director Business Development
- Required Qualification: Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electronics Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years experience of Business Development, Sales & Marketing, especially in a Manufacturing Industry. Ex-Armed forces officers with relevant experience may also apply.
2. Director QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment)
- Required Qualification: Candidates having MBA or equivalent after an Engineering Degree may be preferred. Bachelors/Masters/equivalent Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics Engineering/Quality Management/Safety Management, etc.
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years experience in a similar QHSE leadership role in a Manufacturing Industry. Advance certifications in AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 & OHSAS will be a plus.
3. General Manager Production Engineering & Industrial Services
- Required Qualification: Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Electronics Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years managerial experience in Production Engineering & Industrial Services in a Manufacturing Industry.
4. General Manager Supply Chain
- Required Qualification: Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Material/Mechanical Electronics/Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 8-10 years experience in Supply Chain & Contract Management in a Manufacturing Industry.
5. Manager Outsourcing
- Required Qualification: Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience in Mechanical processes, CNC machining, sheet metal forming processes, welding, and fabrication of structures. Understanding of technical drawings and mechanical behavior of materials.
6. Manager Marketing
- Required Qualification: Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Electronics Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience as a marketing manager, product manager, sales manager, or related marketing experience.
7. Manager Commercial
- Required Qualification: Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Electronics Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience as Manager Commercial.
8. Manager Production Engineering
- Required Qualification: Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years managerial experience in a supervisory or production role in a Manufacturing Industry.
